Our Commitment

At Jonas Production LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted Haitian food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products — which are perishable, handcrafted food items — our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Opened food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional events
  • Gift cards or store credits

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Store Credit (optional, issued immediately upon approval)

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be cancelled.
